What CoreNet did
CoreNet deployed a private AI environment using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), allowing staff to ask natural-language questions against the organization's document library. The environment was designed so the organization maintained control of the system and its document library.
The outcome
Staff gained another way to find and reference information across internal documentation. The goal wasn't to 'add AI' for its own sake—it was to make information easier to find and use. The system provides internal document Q&A and knowledge assistance, not legal advice; answers are checked against the source documents. The client identity and private infrastructure details are withheld.
